The development of nuclear energy requires “serious investment”, but the long service life of nuclear power plants makes electricity produced by them inexpensive with investments in new nuclear returned quite quickly because of the stable electricity supplies they produce, the chief executive officer of state nuclear corporation Rosatom said.
