Move to build two units and refurbish one more follows cancellation earlier this year of deal with China
Romania and the US signed a draft cooperation agreement for the refurbishment of one nuclear power reactor and the construction of two more at the Cernavodă nuclear power station, state-owned nuclear power producer Nuclearelectrica and the US Department of Energy confirmed.
